Mr. Goyal is the Director & Co-Founder of CoCubes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Goyal received his dual degree (BTech + MTech) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 2005.

After Graduating from IIT Bombay, Mr. Goyal worked very briefly with Microsoft Research Centre for 13 months, filed seven patent in mobile technologies, applications in Emerging Market and helped to solve the problems of villages like Warana in Pune. Aiming to connect blue collar workers with better career oppurtunities, he started Baba jobs with Sean Blagsveldt, a leading platform for blue collar workers in India. He co-founded CoCubes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 with his roommate and batchmate form IIT Bombay Mr. Harpreet Singh Grover. The company was founded to provide equal employment oppurtunities to even the remotest student in India. Over the years, CoCubes has emerged into India’s leading assessment and hiring platform. In November 2016, CoCubes was acquired by Aon Hewitt (world’s largest HR Consulting firm) in an all cash deal for its innovative product, scalable technology and market leadership in the entry level hiring space. The sole idea behind both the startups was contribution towards social factors such as blue collar jobs and entry level jobs.

Mr. Goyal was featured in 30 under 30 list of Inc Magazine. He has seven patents in mobile technologies and applications in Emerging Market. Out of these, six were international patents. CoCubes Technologies have won several awards under Vibhore and Harpreet’s leadership, including Deloitte Technology Fast 500 – Asia Pacific 2017 and Nasscom Emerge 50.
