Damini is a business and life coach with a focus on core competency enablement, empowerment and leadership development. In her industry career spanning just over 15 years, she had the opportunity to work in very diverse areas including media, research, investment banking and teaching. She designed and hosted television shows on financial education, facilitated business roundtables and hosted investor conferences. As a journalist, she interviewed the leaders of top Indian corporations and challenged their views on strategy, markets and policy in order to present an unbiased 360-degree view to the audience. Her early years in investment banking set a strong foundation for her business television career.
Ms. Kumari has put in a lot of effort over the past many months to prepare these podcasts. As an IIT Bombay alumna, she has ardently interviewed our women alumni during Covid times and helped tell their stories through these podcasts.

Rashmi Bansal is a non-fiction writer who has written nine books so far including, ‘Stay Hungry Stay Foolish,’ ‘Connect the Dots’ and more. She attended St. Joseph's High School in Colaba and got her Bachelor’s Degree from Sophia College for Women, Mumbai before earning an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Ms. Bansal worked diligently over the past many months curating this coffee table book for our women alumni, developing and writing multiple drafts of the profiles, and ensuring that the women profiled and the Institute were satisfied with the final version.
