“I have lived on 4 continents(excluding Antarctica).”

Hobbies:
“Beyond exploring (places, history, food, and culture), photography, and reading, my favourite hobby is perhaps cooking. Cooking helps me de-stress and is an avenue for ideation as I do not follow any recipes. My cooking style mirrors many aspects of how I run the business

» Recipe experimentation = Business experimentation. Bad recipes (ideas) get killed quickly

» Mixing different ingredients in different sequences under different temperatures and cooking conditions = Prioritizing and sequencing big change initiatives under different conte

» Creating a perfect recipe requires more than putting star ingredients together = Building a star executive team requires more than a team of stars”

Special Memories

“Of the many special memories (and the whole experience) at IIT Bombay, the ones that stand out include the late/all night hostel wing “gupshups” followed by an early morning breakfast at Maddu mess right outside the campus, the blood sweat and tears that went into PAF, Inter-IIT competitions and the opportunity to experience the other IIT campuses.”
