Special Memories

“I grew up into an adult at IIT Bombay. My first time away from home, at IIT, I embarked on my journey of self-discovery, surrounded by a group of incomparably brilliant, smart, and self-aware young peers. My indelible experiences in the company of my fellow hexalites (Hostel 6), especially my wing-mates, and the infinite late night cack-sessions that we indulged in, is where my worldly aspirations took root. The late night hikes to the movies at Kanjurmarg, PAE, Mood Indigo and many other festive events on the campus are truly memorable. I cannot forget the many kindnesses of so many of the faculty members in my department, especially Prof. TR.R. Mohan (and his family), who was always there for me as a guide and as a self-anointed guardian of students away from home."
